For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

1. Company (referred to as "Vizito", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Vizito, Constantine, Algeria.

2. Goods refer to the physical NFC cards and any printed or personalized items offered for sale through our Service.

3. Digital Services refer to vCard profiles, subscriptions, and any digital product delivered via the Vizito platform.

4. Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or Digital Services from Us.

5. Service refers to the Vizito website and platform.

6. Website refers to Vizito, accessible from your Vizito domain.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 48 hours of placement, provided production or personalization has not yet begun.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us with a clear statement before your card enters production. Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

Confirmed cancellations will be reimbursed within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the order.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

1. The item was received within the last 7 days and has not been used or activated.

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

1. Personalized NFC cards that have been printed with custom design, name, or branding.

2. Digital services including vCard profiles and subscription plans once activated.

3. NFC cards that have been programmed or tapped after delivery.

Returning Goods

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Promotional or discounted orders are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable Algerian consumer protection law.

Wholesale blank NFC card orders once shipped and received.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Please send returns to the following address:

Vizito, Guelma, Algeria. Contact us on WhatsApp first to coordinate the return process.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
